These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using Greenwood Investor's Circle (that's 'us' or 'we'). By using our website, signing up for membership, or joining our community, you agree to these rules. It's important you read them carefully. When you sign up for a paid membership, you agree to pay the fees shown on our website. Payments are usually taken each month or year, depending on your plan. We'll always tell you the price clearly before you commit. If you cancel your membership, you'll still have access until the end of your current billing period. We don't usually give refunds for partial months or years, but you can always stop the next payment. We use secure payment providers to handle your details. Keeping your account active means you get all the good stuff – webinars, reports, and community access.

Our community is a place for learning and support. Please be respectful and sensible with other members and our mentors. No dodgy behaviour, no spamming, and definitely no sharing of private information about others. We're here to talk about long-term investing, so keep discussions on topic. Don't try to sell things to other members or spread misinformation. If you break these rules, we might have to suspend or even close your account. We want Greenwood Investor's Circle to be a friendly, helpful spot for everyone, and that relies on everyone playing by the rules.

All the webinars, reports, articles, and other materials we provide are for your personal learning. They are owned by Greenwood Investor's Circle. You can't copy, share, or sell our content to others without our say-so. We put a lot of effort into making our materials clear and useful, like those eye-friendly designs. So please, use them to grow your own investing skills, but don't redistribute them. This helps us keep creating valuable resources for our community. Fair's fair, really.
